Made in the beautiful hills of Uttarakhand, Desi Cow Ghee begins with milk from desi cows cared for by local farmers. The cows are fed fresh grass and natural feed, without harmful chemicals. The ghee takes around 2–3 days to prepare, giving the process time and care at every step. Local farmers and women from hill cooperatives are part of this journey, following simple traditional methods to prepare the ghee in small batches.
