• Timelines may vary depending on geographic pin-code, artisan availability, or unforeseen transit conditions.

3. Shipping Charges

• Applicable shipping charges are calculated based on total order value and destination, clearly shown during checkout.
• Free shipping is available on eligible qualifying orders and active promotional offers.

4. Delivery Coverage & Order Tracking

• Nationwide Delivery: NCUI HAAT ships across all serviceable pin-codes in India.
• Tracking ID: Track real-time movement via the Order Tracking section on our website using your order ID once dispatched.

5. Address Updates & Missed Deliveries

• Change of Address: If you need to update your destination address, contact support prior to package dispatch.
• Missed Delivery: In case of an unsuccessful attempt, coordinate directly with our courier partner or contact support for timely re-delivery.
• In-Store Pickup: Eligible orders may be collected directly from the NCUI HAAT Store where this service is enabled.

6. Damaged Packages & Transit Delays

• Damaged/Tampered Parcel: Please refuse delivery if visibly damaged, or report the issue with unboxing photos within 48 hours of delivery.
